Which Organizations can I link to? |

Your personal calendar is automatically linked to any
organization that has signed up to Cal2You. In order for
linking to occur the first name, last name and email address
you provided to the organization needs to match the
information you entered in your user set up within your
calendar. |

What if MY organizations are not members of Cal2You? |
| A |
If your organization is not yet a member of Cal2You please
fill in the contact form under the "request links to your
organizations' on the "Contact Us' page.
We will gladly contact them to encourage them to join our
family.
You can help encourage them by speaking to them about
Cal2You as well. |

What if My organization is a member of Cal2You but the event
information is not on my personal calendar? |

If the organization you want to link to is already a member of
Cal2You please make sure the first name, last name and
email address on file with the organization matches the
information you entered when setting up your users.
If you do not have your organizations information in your
calendar please call the organization and ensure your
information matches. |

How do I receive calendar information updates? |
| A |
Any time an event is added/deleted/changed by an
organization that has you as a member, you will receive an
email and your calendar will be automatically updated. |

Why are the events from my links in green and not the user
color? |
| A |
At the momnet, events that are linked to a organizational
calendar that is linked to members show up only on the main
page of the personal calendar and are in green. Events that
are directly linked from the calendar where the user is a
member are in the user's personal color. We are working on
this issue and hope to have it resolved shortly. |
